Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear au pair, we are a family of four from Shanghai, Songjiang.
we are very happy to have a new member in our family. I am the host mom and I am a teacher here in a public middle school. My husband Robin is an engineer. We have two sons. We need an au pair who can help play with our older son David after he returns back from kindergarten everyday.

Job Description

I hope you can improve David's English. He attends school in daytime on workdays and have some courses at the weekend. We hope you can play with him , acompany him to do carftwork and create an immersed English speaking environment so that he can pick up English happily and sub-consciously.
We had an au pair for 6 months and it was a very good experience. David can communicate in English but not very good. his vocabualry is limited. we hope that with your help, he will improve his English.
