Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi There,

We would like to have you as a member of our family so that our girls can practice English with an English speaking person. Basically what we would like is to find an easy going girl who can help us with the girls, specially speaking in English to them and to us.

We have had experience with 4 previous aupairs and the experience has always been wonderful. Our girls have a pretty good level of English so communicating in the language is not a problem even though they need to improve in order to speak it properly.

Job Description

We offer you being part of our family as the "eldest sister" kind of role. You can have time to yourself besides the work done with the girls. The job consists of taking and picking up the girls from school and to some of their extra activities during school time (all walking distance). While with them you can play games and organise any kind of activities so you have fun together while practicing English.

You don't need to do any cleaning job in the house, even though you will be expected to clean up and tidy up after doing activities with the girls so we keep an organised and tidy place. If you like cooking that will be amazing so you can give us a hand and bake cakes together :-)! Laia loves helping out in the kitchen.

You can have the weekends to yourself so you can travel around and meet new friends. Girona, the city where we live, has a university so this means that there are lots of people going out and a nice atmosphere with students from all over. The previous aupairs always have been catching up with differents groups of people, either coming from the university or other places.
